Sony Ericsson TM506 “Amber” builds on a popular,
earlier Sony Ericsson model,
TM506 emphasizes imaging capabilities,
with a 2-megapixel camera with 2.5X zoom,
geo-tagging, video capture, and direct photo printing or blog posting via Bluetooth.
Other primary features include stereo support for the audio player,
together with Sony’s Mega Bass,
accessible through the included headphones;
removable storage on a Sony M2 micro memory card;
an Access NetFront micro-browser; and an embedded RSS reader (available in selected metropolitan areas). The TM506 also includes a large address book (1,000 contacts), downloadable ring-tones, PhotoFix software,
voice ID,
voice-activated dialing, hands-free operation, A-GPS, TTY/TDD, ringer profiles, vibrate and flight modes,
PC synchronization, T9 predictive text input, MMS messaging, video streaming, and support for four languages: English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese. The TM506 is powered by a 3.6V/950mAh, Li-polymer battery, with a claimed 9.5 hours of talk time and up to 250 hours of standby operation
